She married John Kelly and worked as an executive secretary for New Jersey Bell Telephone, later changed to Verizon. Frances lived in Pontiac since 2012, moving from Greensboro, North Carolina. She loved to cross stitch, knit and travel.
Frances is survived by her brother, Paul (Beverly) Bobby of Pontiac, MO and nephew, Paul (Cindra) Bobby of Cotter, AR.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and sister, Catherine Bobby.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
