Frank Hartray

Frank Hartray died Wednesday, June 10, 2009 in Mountain Home at the age of 96. He was born Thursday, January 23, 1913 in Evanston, Illinois, the son of Frank Joseph and Anna Hamilton Hartray. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of WWII. He married Amy Allanson on July 31, 1948 at Elgin, Illinois and was a retired printing pressman. After Amy's passing Frank married Gladys Schuler in 1988 at Mountain Home, Arkansas. Frank lived in Mountain Home since 1976 moving from Streamwood, Illinois. Survivors: Frank Hartray is survived by his daughter, Sharon Adele Snyder of Bastrop, TX, 2 grandchildren, Vanessa Webb of Watertown, N.Y and Amber Snyder of Memphis, TN. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his 2 wives and parents. Visitation: Visitation will be from 5-8 P.M., Friday, June 12 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Funeral: Funeral services for Frank H. Hartray of Mountain Home, AR, will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Siegfried Johnson officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks.
