Fred passed away January 8, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 59. He was born July 24, 1955, in Manchester, New Hampshire, the son of William and Theresa Llewellyn Curtis. He married Angela Hosman on August 16, 1990, at Pine Bluff, Arkansas and worked as a quality supervisor for International Marine and Industrial Applicators, LLC. Fred lived in Mountain Home since 2012, moving from Marshfield, Missouri. He was a member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers, International Marine and Industrial Applicators, Spanish Fort, Alabama and was SSPC certified. He enjoyed fishing, playing computer games and puzzles.
Fred is survived by his wife, Angela Curtis of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Charity (Michael) Bond of Mountain Home, AR; son, Charles (Marie) Gray, Jr. of San Diego, CA; three grandchildren, Joseph (Rane) Nihte of Gassville, AR, Will Holland, III of Mountain Home, AR and Kyra Holland of Mountain Home, AR; two brothers, Joe Curtis and wife of Colorado and William Curtis and wife of Pensacola, FL; several nieces and nephews; and many special friends, including Bobby Vickers and Elmer McFall.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and three brothers.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
