Fred Eduard Lemke

A Celebration of Life for Fred Eduard Lemke of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 11:00 am, Saturday, February 14, 2015, at the Mountain Home Bible Church, with Pastor Mike Bennett officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service at the church.

Fred went home to be with our Lord on Tuesday, February 10, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 81. Fred was born December 13, 1933 at Berlin, Germany to Eduard and Margarete Lemke. He was the beloved husband of Ursula Lemke for almost 60 years and was a Methods Analyst for AT&T. Fred was passionate about life, putting his wife, children and grandchildren's needs before his own. His love for fishing has been passed down to his family and Ursula will forever treasure their moonlit nights out on the lake.

Fred Lemke, A.K.A. Opa, will be dearly missed by his wife, Ursula Lemke of Mountain Home, AR; son, Harald and wife Hope Lemke; daughter, Susan Swartz and his three grandchildren, Brandon and wife Eileen Swartz, Curt Lemke and Faythe Lemke.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Horst Lemke.

Memorials may be made to Humane Society of North Central Arkansas.
