Frederick passed away July 28, 2013, at his residence. He was born September 28, 1944, at New York, New York the son of Frederick B. and Rita Lee Holcomb Hammond. He was an air traffic controller and U.S. Air Force veteran. He married Emily Beckman on November 30, 1968 at Fort Smith, Arkansas. He lived in St. Joe for 14 years moving from Forth Worth, Texas. He was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution.
He is survived by his wife, Emily Hammond.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
