Garrett Palmer

Infant Garrett Alan Palmer passed away March 16, 2012. Garrett was born August 26, 2011, to Gary Palmer and Jasanda Collins. He was a little jabbering angel, always happy and smiling. Garrett?s life was surrounded by the love of his immediate family as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family. Garrett is survived by parents Jasanda Collins and Gary Palmer of Bull Shoals, AR; brothers, Caleb and Dalton Palmer; sister, Chloe Hodges; grandparents, James Allen Collins of Cotter, AR and William Steele & Crissy Steele of Bull Shoals, AR; great-grandparents, Mary Lou and Choice Gandy of Cotter, AR, Theresa Powell of Bull Shoals, AR and William Steele of California; aunts, Johnese Denny and husband Joey of Cotter, AR and Dakota Steele of Bull Shoals, AR; and uncles, Quintin, Nathan, and Hunter Steele of Bull Shoals, AR. His grandmother, Diane Collins, grandparents, Robert & Wanda Steele, aunt, Cassandra Palmer and uncle, Daymean Steele, preceded him in death.
