George Liaromatis

George D.Liaromatis was born January 15, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois. He was the son of Danie and Margaret Payette Liaromatis. He married Virginia Hogan on June 14, 1947, in Wheaton, Illinois. Mr Liaromatis served with the United States Navy during World War II. He owned Liaromatis Roofing for firty-two years. He was a life member, since 1944, of V.F.W. Post 5696 in Lisle, Illinois. He was also a past Commander of American Legion Post #52. Mr. Liaromatis moved to Mountain Home from Lisle, Illinois in 1992. George D. Liaromatis passed away at Baxter Regional Medical Center on April 17, 2005, at the age of 78 years, 3 months and 2 days. Survivors: Wife of fifty-eight years, Virginia; six sons; William Liaromatis and Laurence Liaromatis of Mountain Home, Edward and Michael Liaromatis, of Bolingbrook, Illinois, Jerome Liaromatis of Plainfield, Illinois and Steven Liaromatis of Wilmington, Illinois; five daughters, Bonnie Reavy of Germantown, Tennessee, Susan Wroble of Lisle, Illinois, Linda Morgan of Wilmington, Illinois, Mary Negron of Lombard, Illinois, and Beverly Green of Bolingbook, Illinois, thirty-three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren Preceded in Death by: Parents; three sons, George, Jr., Leonard and Daniel Thomas Liaromatis; three brothers; one grandson, Bill Liaromatis, Jr. and one great-grandchild, Alexandria Visitation: 3:00 - 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 18, at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
