George Thomas Lindeman

George Thomas Lindeman, Sr. 67, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. George was born on July 26, 1956, in Oak Park, Illinois, to George and Marilyn Lindeman. He graduated from Proviso West High School in Hillside, Illinois. He was a proud member of the local Chicago Tile Setters and Helpers Unions and was well known and sought after for his custom tile work. After over 40 years in the business he retired in 2021 and moved to Arkansas to be closer to his grandchildren. George was best known for his sense of humor, riding his motorcycle, playing pool and his love for his family.

George is survived by his daughter, Sarah Lindeman (Steve); son, George Thomas Lindeman, Jr. (Kelley); ex-wife, Tina Barajas; four grandchildren, Sylas, Lillian, Wyatt and Sawyer; and siblings, Bill (Bonnie), Bob (Kim), Patti (Howard), Suzi and Jim (Ellen) as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 9th at 2pm at the Mountain Home Elks Club.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 12:00 pm, at the American Legion Post #76 in Carol Stream, Illinois.
