Georgette Marie Dougherty was born October 28, 1939 at Chicago, Illinois to George and Julia Anna Pavlisin Sinkule. She worked as a secretary for CNA Insurance Company and lived in Chicago, Illinois until 1993 when she moved to Mountain Home. Georgette was a member of the BPOE #1714, was a volunteer for CASA and Monroe House, taught Sunday School at St. Peter's, enjoyed playing Bingo, sewing and crafts. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. Georgette died Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Mountain Home at the age of 67 years and 9 months. Survivors: She is survived by 2 daughters - Sue (Mike) Shay and Michelle (Mike) DuBuque, a son - Mark Lockman, 5 grandchildren - Mark Lockman, Jr., Brian Robertson, Jenny DuBuque Lindsey, Ashley DuBuque and Jack Shay and 1 great grandson - Parker Lindsey, all of Mountain Home. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation: Visitation will be Friday, August 3, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral: Funeral Mass for Georgette Marie Dougherty of Mountain Home will be at 10:00 A.M.Saturday, August 4, 2007 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend Charles Kanu officiating. Burial: Entombment will be in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum. Memorials: Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
