Gerald Arthur Haske

A Funeral Mass for Gerald Arthur Haske, 71, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Friday, October 18, 2013, at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church, with Father Norbert Rappold as Celebrant. Visitation will be Thursday, October 17, 2013 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel with an Vigil Service at 7:00 pm.

Gerald passed away October 14, 2013, in Mountain Home. He was born November 24, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Arthur and Gertrude Haske. He married Jacqueline Jackson on November 2, 2001, in Nevada and worked in Highway Maintenance for State of Illinois. Gerald lived in Mountain Home since 2002, moving from Westmont, Illinois. He was a member of the St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church and enjoyed guns, music, playing the guitar, singing and telling jokes.

Gerald is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Haske of Mountain Home, AR; son, David (Holly) Haske of Porter, IN; daughter, Christine (Marty) Lang of Mayflower, AR, stepdaughters, Christal (Angel) Perez and Shannon (Frank) White both of North Aurora, IL; stepson, David (Patty) White of Romeoville, IL; sister-in-law, Colleen Collins of LaCresent, MN and 9 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Joey and Ripper and sisters, Delores and Katy.

Burial will be in the Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois with as pallbearers.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
