Glenna Haggard

A Funeral Service for Glenna Louise Haggard of Lakeview, Arkansas, will be 11:00 am, Thursday, February 23, 2012, at First Christian Church, with Pastor Lewis Godby officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time, at the church. Glenna passed away February 18, 2012, in Lakeview, Arkansas at the age of 68. She was born July 20, 1943, in Wyatt, Missouri, the daughter of Glenn and Virginia Gregory Dixon. She married Ronald Haggard on January 27, 1963, at Sikeston, Missouri and worked as a CPA and Payroll Supervisor for Marquette Group. Glenna lived in Lakeview, Arkansas since 2004, moving from Metamora, Illinois. She was a member of First Christian Church of Mountain Home and enjoyed bowling and golfing. Glenna is survived by her husband, Ronald C. Haggard, Sr. of Lakeview, AR; son, Ronald C. Haggard Jr. of Lakewood, WA; daughter, Sherri L. Haggard of Pekin, IL; brother, Bill (Shirley) Dixon of Washington, IL; her extended family who she loved as her own; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; 21 nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews and several great-great-niece and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Dorothy A. Johnson, one nephew, one niece, two great-nephews and 2 cousins. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.
