Harold Richard Horne passed away May 29, 2017, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 69. He was born August 5, 1947, in San Diego, California, the son of Harold and Patricia King Horne. Richard lived in Gassville since 2000, moving from Ripon, CA. He enjoyed working at the Information Center in Bull Shoals where he made many friends. He also enjoyed computers and tinkering with cars.
Richard is survived by his two sisters, Ida Lorene Tucker of Gassville, AR, and Glenda Boertien of Gainesville, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Harold Glen Horne , Jr.; and sister, Patricia Faye.
Services for Mr. Horne will be private.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
