Harold Dean Jennings, Sr. passed away December 3, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 81. He was born September 20, 1935, in Hobbs, New Mexico, the son of Ike and Beatrice Teague Jennings. Harold was a U.S. Marines veteran of the Korean War and worked as a truck driver. He married Nancy de Oliver on July 1, 2002, at San Diego, California and lived in Mountain Home since moving from Escondido, California, in 2004. He enjoyed fishing and being with his horses, cows, and quail.
Harold is survived by his wife, Nancy Jennings of Mountain Home, AR; three sons, Harold Dean (Terri) Jennings, Jr. of Ruther Glen, VA, Stewart (Laila) Jennings of Tell City, IN, and Joel (Kristi) Jennings of Turner Valley, Alberta, Canada; daughter, Josie (Jack) Johannes of Shelby, MT; brother, Joe Clinton Bowers of Midland, TX; 18 grandchildren; and many extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Patricia "Patty Ann" Jennings; and two sisters, Iva Smiley and Linda Cherry.
Funeral Services will be private.
