A Funeral Service for Harry Martin Leisey, Jr. of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 28, 2013, at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, with Pastor John Easterling officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until service time at the church. Harry passed away February 25, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 85. He was born March 27, 1927, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the son of Harry and Martha Pfaff Leisey, Sr. He married Bernice Garbe on May 17, 2003, at Mountain Home, Arkansas. Harry was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and owned Concord Equipment Company. He lived in Mountain Home since 1977, moving from Pennsylvania. He was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church. He enjoyed vintage automobiles and railroading. Harry is survived by his wife, Bernice Leisey of Mountain Home, AR, two sons, Steve (Jean) Leisey of Cotter, AR and Jeffrey (Caroline) Leisey of Reno, NV; daughter, Carin (Stan) Decker of Warner Robins, GA; brother, Frank (Bettie) Leisey of Silver Springs, FL; five grandchildren, Jeni Lemons, Laura Macrenaris, Tara Leisey, Doug Leisey, Karli Leisey and three great-grandchildren, Lacy Hilton, Bentley Lemons and Jayna Macrenaris. He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Dottie Leisey. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, AR, with Steve Leisey, Jeff Leisey, Stan Decker, Doug Leisey and Robert Lemons as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church or Hospice of the Ozarks. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
