Hattie Robbins

Hattie Robbins died Tuesday, June 2, 2009 in Mountain Home at the age of 84. She was born Sunday, February 22, 1925 in Richmond, Kentucky, the daughter of Charles and Ella Whittaker Williams. She married Don E. Robbins on October 7, 1942 at Lancaster, Missouri and was a homemaker. Hattie lived in Mountain Home since 1983 moving from Newton, Iowa. She was a member of the Lady ELKS of Mountain Home and Lake Norfork Boat Club. Survivors: Hattie Robbins is survived by her son, James Glen Robbins II of Des Moines, IA, daughter, Donna Lee Shelley of Camdenton, MO, 3 grandchildren, 1 brother, Sam P. Williams of Morehead, KY and 1 sister, Katherine Ray of Richmond, KY. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her husband, Don E. Robbins, parents, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Funeral: Services for Hattie Lee Robbins of Mountain Home, AR, will be private. Burial: Burial will be in the Newton Union Cemetery, Newton, Iowa.
