Hazel Applegate

Hazel Applegate died Saturday, October 20, 2007 in Springfield Mo. She was 82. Hazel Applegate was born Saturday, May 30, 1925 in Tuckerman, AR, the daughter of Elmer F. Morris and Rose Ann Busby. She married Eugene Taylor Applegate on September 7, 1946 at St. Louis, MO. She worked as a homemaker and lived in the Mountain Home area since 1978 moving from Chicago, IL Survivors: Hazel Applegate is survived by two sons, Michael T (Robin) Applegate of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Theodore A.(Kim) Applegate of Mountain Home, AR; 3 daughters, Lynda J. (Joseph) Fleming of Dixon, Illinois, Patricia A. (Danny) Murphy of Henrietta, Texas, Christine (Rusty) Willett of Mountain Home, Arkansas, 11 Grandchildren, Aaron, Jason, Justin and Josh Applegate, Jennifer Lawson, Stephanie Robbins, Nicole Lindsey, Matthew and Ryan Murphy; and Taylor and Zane Willett; and 9 Great-Grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Taylor Applegate and her parents . Visitation: Visitation will be from noon until service time. Funeral: Funeral services for Hazel Leona Applegate of Mountain Home, AR, will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday October 25, 2007 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Mike Shy officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, AR.
