Hazel E Polston of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away September 15, 2022, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 75. She was born November 20, 1946, in Fort Hood, Texas, the daughter of Clyde Weaver and Ruth Jones. She married Terry Polston on April 7, 1977 and spent 45 wonderful years together. She worked in sales at Conoco. Hazel lived in Mountain Home since moving from Arvada, Colorado in December 2019. She was a member of Real Life Church. She enjoyed reading, camping, and traveling. She was best known for her organizational skills.
Hazel is survived by her husband, Terry Polston of Mountain Home, AR; daughters, Liz (Tony) Bagley of Channahon, IL, Judy (Rob) Baker of McDonald, TN, and Tina (Kevin) Pierce of Dalton, GA; sons, Floyd (Tara) Baker, Jr. and Johnny (Denise) Fowler; step-sons, Jeff Polston and Jason Polston; siblings, Cecil, James, Joann, and Willie; and a host of grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
