Helen Louise Fenwick

Helen Louise Fenwick of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away June 25, 2022, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 69. She was born August 26, 1952, in Tucumcari, New Mexico, the daughter of James and Sarah Fowler New. Helen was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam War. She married David on January 25, 1975, in Anson, Texas and was a sheriff's deputy for the Baxter County Sheriff's Office. Helen lived in Mountain Home since moving from Anson, Texas. She was a member of the Women's Veterans Association and was a past member of the American Legion. She enjoyed gardening and fishing.

Helen is survived by her husband, David Fenwick of Mountain Home, AR; son, Brandon (Mandy) Fenwick of Sherwood, AR; daughter, Leslie (Derrick) Fenwick of Madison, AL; four grandchildren, Kanyon, Ashley, Eli, and Ian; and three great-grandchildren, Karson, Ayden, and McKenzie.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Joe New.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 28, 2022, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. A Funeral Service for Helen will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Jami Scott officiating. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas. Military Honors will be provided by the United States Air Force and American Legion Post #52 Honor Guards.

Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of North Central Arkansas.
