Helen Murray

Helen F. Murray was born November 21, 1913 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Sikorski. She married Louis Murray on November 14, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois. She was self-employed as a milliner. Mrs. Murray moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 1972, from Evergreen Park, Illinois. She and her husband enjoyed taking care of the nursery at their local church. She was active in garden clubs and received many awards for her floral arrangements. She loved sewing and many kinds of craftwork. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Helen F. Murray passed away at Care Manor, February 18, 2006, at the age of 92 years, 2 months and 27 days. Survivors: One son, Louis Murray, Jr., of Dayton, Nevada; one sister, Tillie Larson; four grandchildren, Patrick Murray, William Murray, Paul Murray, and Patricia Glenn; and two great-grandchildren, Kaylyn and Robert Murray Preceded in Death by: Her parents; husband, Louis W.
