Helen is survived by her husband William of the home, 1 daughter, Melinda "Sue" Booth of Mountain Home, AR, 1 son, William Michael (Kate) O'Dell of Gassville, Arkansas, 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 brother, Don (Jane) Wood of Riodosa, NM and 1 sister, Jean (Virgil) Van Wormer of Nebraska.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.
