Cookie was born November 23, 1952, at Lasalle, IL to Robert and Helen Jaraschinkle Powell. She moved to Bull Shoals in 1988 from Crystal Lake, IL. Cookie was a generous soul who devoted her life to her family and friends. She was an avid ?shopper? and enjoyed giving presents.
Cookie is survived by step-mother Theresa Powell of Bull Shoals, AR; brother Robert Powell (Melissa) of Flippin, AR; sister, Crissy Steele of Bull Shoals, AR; two nieces; 7 nephews; 2 great-nieces and 4 great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Michelle Kopp and sister, Colleen Haywood.
