Henry Shry

Henry A. Shry was born February 2, 1913 at Franklin, Kansas to Anton and Anna Ferlon Shry. He married Sarah C.Clark on January 12, 1947 at Chicago, Ill. He worked for the Motion Picture Studio Mechanics Union in Chicago, Ill and was a member of the AFL-CIO Local #476 for 50 years. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a WWII veteran. He was a Member of the Ozark VFW Post #3246. He moved to Mountain Home in 1976 from Norridge, Illinois. Henry A. Shry passed away on May 18, 2006 at the Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home at the age of 93 years, 3 months and 16 days. Survivors: Wife; Sarah C. Shry of Mountain Home, Two daughters; Linda Kay Proctor of Redding California and Betty Jean Credit and Husband Richard of Chico, California, three grandchildren and one sister; Irene Friestroffer of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Preceded in Death by: Parents, Two brothers John and William and Two sisters, Josephine and Ann Funeral: All services and burial will be private Memorials: Hospice
