Herman L. Heinemann died Wednesday, April 16, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 90. He was born Monday, February 18, 1918 in Cuero, Texas. He married Jewell Chambliss and worked as a Electrical Engineer in the construction industry and was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and U.S. Army veteran of Korea. Herman lived in Mountain Home since 1980 moving from Chicago, Illinois. He was a member of the Twin Lakes Power Squadron. Survivors: Heinemann is survived by his wife, Jewell Heinemann, step-daughter, Donna (Ron) Zagorski of Skokie, Illinois, step-son, Lawrence (Anita) Dragon of Lakeland, Florida, 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents, and first wife, Marion. Visitation: Visitation will be from 5-8 P.M., Friday, April 18 with Vigil Service at 7 P.M. at the Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Funeral: A Funeral Mass for Herman L. Heinemann of Mountain Home, AR, will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 19, 2008 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, with Reverend Charles Kanu, as the celebrant. Burial: Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery. Active Bearers: William Bulow, Roger Ganzagowski, George Knox, Frank Vlasic, Tom Deehan and George Murphy will serve as pallbearers.
