Funeral Services for Herman Julius Hoth of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:30 AM Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Gass-Haney Funeral Home, Columbus, NE. Visitation will be Wednesday Evening.
He died Saturday, November 13, 2010 at in Mountain Home, at the age of 94. Herman was born June 3, 1916 in Columbus, NE, the son of Herman Carl and Emma Hackbart Hoth. He married Elsie Bitter on June 24, 1940 at Columbus, NE . He worked as a lumber and construcion supply sales representive. Herman Hoth was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. Herman lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas for 3 years moving from Columbus, NE.
Herman is survived by one daughter, Kathy (Jim) Schmidt of Mountain Home, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and one son, Richard.
Burial will be in the Roselawn Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks.
