Hugh Crawford died Monday, April 7, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 62. Hugh was born Wednesday, August 15, 1945 in Yakima, Washington, son of Clarence and Freda Davenport Crawford-Evans. He married Carolyn Bray on August 20, 1967 at Mountain Home. He worked at Baxter Lab and also as a Major Appliance Repairman for the Mountain Home School District. Hugh Crawford was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam and was a lifetime resident of the area. He loved fishing, hunting, music and gardening. Survivors: Hugh Crawford is survived by his wife, Carolyn Crawford and 2 daughters; Tabitha (Chris) Hall of Mountain Home, Maranda (Reza) Ghassimi of Norfork, 1 Son, Justin Gray (Rebekah) Crawford of Mountain Home, 1 Brother, David (Linda) Crawford of Mountain Home, 1 Sister, Cara (Calvin) Crim of Kingsport, TN, 2 granddaughters, Faith Ghassimi and Hailey Hall, and many other relatives and friends.
