Ila Mancel

Ila E. Mancel was born December 7, 1910, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was employed as a secretary with Emmerson Electric. She moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas from Caseyville, Illinois during 1975. Ola E. Mancel passed away at Good Samaritan Village on October 6, 2005, at the age of 94 years, 9 months and 29 days.
