She was born June 27, 1925, at Hartshorn, Oklahoma, to Vick L. and Mattie McClaren Young. She married the Late Col. Orville I. Lee. She was Executive Secretary for the Ft. Worth Fire Academy for 23 years. She lived in Mountain Home for 17 years, moving from Forth Worth, Texas. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star # 684 of Fort Worth, Texas and was a member of First Baptist Church . Survivors: She is survived by her son, Rick (Rita) Stanger of St. Cloud, Florida, 5 Grandchildren, Dr. Alan Diamond of Houston, Texas, Tracey Huerta of Orlando, Florida, Rebecca Blumthal of Mountain Home, Victor Stanger of St. Cloud, Florida, Daniel Athey of Bedford, Texas, and 1 Great Grandchild, Devinne Huerta, and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 daughters, Phyllis Athey and Shirlene Tullgren, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Funeral: Funeral Service for Imogene Young Lee of Mountain Home will be at 2:00 P.M., Thursday at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Leonard Griffiths officiating.
