Irma died Monday, February 28, 2011 at Baxter Regional Medical Center, at the age of 77. She was born October 11, 1933 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the daughter of Hubert Herrell and Nellie Ingersoll McVay. She married John Dobbratz in December 1981 at Las Vegas, Nevada and was a homemaker. Irma lived in Lakeview, Arkansas since 1991 moving from Santa Rosa, California.
Irma is survived by 2 daughters, Ramona (Bobby) Young of Lakeview, AR and LuAnne (Keith) Larson of Lakeview, AR; 2 sons, Mike (Rhonda) Cotner of Pine Bluff, AR, Leo (Pam) Cotner of Tampa, FL; 1 brother, Darrell (Sally) McVay of Pine Bluff, AR and 1 sister, Betty Sue Parnell of Whitehall, AR.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 brothers and sisters.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
