Isabelle C. Selders

Isabelle C. Selders, 96, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away May 9, 2016, in Mountain Home. She was born March 12, 1920, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Fred and Catherine Pritzen Ziegler. She married Albert R. Selders on August 9, 1947, at Chicago, Illinois, and was an accounting clerk for Jewel Foods. Isabelle lived in Mountain Home since moving from Addison, Illinois, in 1992. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and was an avid reader.

Isabelle is survived by her two sons, Thomas (Kristin) Selders of Austin, TX, and Robert Selders of Villa Park, IL; daughter, Barbara (Larry) Christensen of Mountain Home, AR; six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, one sister, and a daughter, Diane Selders.

The Funeral Mass for Isabelle will be at 10:00 am, Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Wood Dale, Illinois. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 17, 2016, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, at Geils Funeral Home, Wood Dale, Illinois. Burial will be in the Mount Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst, Illinois.
