Jack Lee Monninger passed away June 29, 2017, in Elizabeth, Arkansas at the age of 78. He was born June 4, 1939, in Terre Haute, Indiana, the son of Edwin and Roberta Bird Monninger. He married Nancy McDaniel on November 29, 1958, in Terre Haute, Indiana, and was a Senior Systems Analyst. Jack lived in Elizabeth since moving from Terre Haute, Indiana. He was a member of the Honda Goldwing Motorcycling Chapter D in Terre Haute, Indiana, the Knights of Columbus, and the Vigo County Conservation Club. He enjoyed watching TV.
Jack is survived by his wife, Nancy Monninger of Elizabeth, AR; son, Jeffrey "Jeff Allen" Monninger of Elizabeth, AR; two daughters, Kelly (Dion) Renteria of Terre Haute, IN and Lori Ann (Billy) Brumley of Oxford, AR; sister, Diane (Alan) McCollister of Coshocton, OH; eight grandchildren, Shane, David, Heather, Christopher, Joshua, Brandi, Zachary, and Avery; twelve great-grandchildren, Jaden, Carter, Brennan, Ty, Bryant, Taber, Brodee, Ryland, Elisa, Lexie, Ethan, and Steven; brother-in-law, Don (Janet) McDaniel, Jr.; sister-in-law, Ruth Ann (Gary) Stevenson; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends, including Warren Patrick.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Brian Reed; and sister, Donna Jones.
Funeral Services for Jack Monninger will be private.
