Jack Eugene Riggle was born March 31, 1932 at Jasonville, Indiana the son of James O. and Ruth M. Haseman Riggle. He married Enid J. Flowers March 22, 1953 at Terre Haute, Indiana. Mr. Riggle was a Right of Way Agent for Wisconsin Bell before moving to Mountain Home in 1991 from Madison, Wisconsin. He was U.S. Air Force Korea veteran. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #356 in Madison, Wisconsin; a 32nd Degree Scottish Rites Mason, Sahara Shrine of Pine Bluff; Flying Carpets Legion of Honor; past President of the Twin Lakes Shrine Club; Eastern Star Chapter 202 and the Twin Lakes Telephone Pioneers. Mr. Riggle was a member of the First United Methodist Church. He passed away at his residence on January 28, 2004 at the age of 71 years, 9 months and 27 days. Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Enid J. Riggle of the home; one son, David (Tina) Riggle of Deerfield, Wisconsin; three daughters, Shelley A. (John) Robertson of Louisa, Virginia; Sandra R. (Tom) Blanchard of Mondovi, Wisconsin; Beth M. (Joel) Hibbard of DePere, Wisconsin; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; two brothers, Vernon (Jean) Riggle of Brazil, Indiana and James R. “Bob” (Verla) Riggle of Rockaway Beach, Missouri; four sisters, Helen (Bill) Preece of Lebanon, Indiana; Lois (Rob) Jones of Brazil, Indiana; Margaret Wilbur of Martinsville, Illinois; and Carolyn Sue (Tom) Burk, of Brazil, Indiana. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Visitation: Will be from 5:00 until 8:00 PM Friday. Funeral: Funeral services will be at 2:00 Saturday, January 31, 2004 at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Jim Brooks officiating. Masonic services will be by the Mountain Home Masonic Lodge #225. Burial: Entombment will be in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum Memorials: Memorials may be made to Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children, Hospice of the Ozarks or the First United Methodist Church.
