Jack E. Sparks was born April 5, 1915 in Cambria, Illinois. He was the son of Joseph Louis and Della Silveria Sparks. He married Helen A. Kafaro in Mountain Home, Arkansas on December 17, 1987. Mr. Sparks served with the United States Army for nine years and was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of North American Retired Federal Employees, the Polish American Social Club, and American Association of Retired Persons. Mr. Sparks moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas from Bellview, Illinois during 1974. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Jack E. Sparks passed away at Baxter Regional Medical Center on November 8, 2005, at the age of 90 years, 7 months and 3 days. Survivors: Wife of eighteen years, Helen A.
