Visitation for Jackie Thompson Forsyth of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 25, 2013 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Jackie passed away February 22, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 54. She was born September 8, 1958, in Brewton, Alabama, the daughter of Elmer and Evelyn Ball Thompson. She married Gene Forsyth on May 24, 2004, in Brewton, Alabama and worked as a Certified Medical Coder. Jackie lived in Mountain Home for nine years, moving from Brewton, Alabama. She was a member of the Bar None Cowboy Church. Jackie was a warm, compassionate and caring true southern belle who always put everyone else?s needs above her own; she was happiest when surrounded by her family and friends. Jackie enjoyed traveling and loved spending weekends camping at the river. Jackie is survived by her husband, Gene Forsyth of Mountain Home, AR; daughter Charity Coleman of Georgia; son Bryan Forsyth of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Alise and Keanen Forsyth; and five sisters, Marie Quates of Millbrook, AL, Elaine Wilson of Brewton, AL, Lois Crenshaw of Brewton, AL, Sheila Womble of Millbrook, AL and Myra Corbin of Millbrook, AL. She was preceded in death by her parents. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Peitz Cancer Support House, 628 Hospital Dr., Mountain Home, AR 72653.
