James Colvin

Mr. Colvin died Saturday, May 30, 2009 in Mountain Home at the age of 82. He was born February 4, 1927 in Richmond Heights, MO, the son of John and Jane Morrison Colvin. He worked as a Travel Agent for American Express and was a U.S. Naval veteran of Korea. James lived in Mountain Home since 1991 moving from Webster Grove, MO. He was a member of Member of VIP (Visually Impaired), Life Member of Scottish American Military Society. Survivors: James Colvin is survived by 5 nieces and nephews, Jackie (Jay) Cantwell of MO, Sue (Jerry) Schaefer of IN, Meredith Ford of MO, John (Crissy) Colvin of MA and Charles Johnson of TN and sister-in-law, Mary Ann Colvin of MO. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, John Colvin and sister, June Catacart. Funeral: Memorial services for James H. Colvin of Mountain Home, AR, will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 6, 2009 at First Presbyterian Church, with Dr. William F. Henning, officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Forever Oak Hill Cemetery, Kirkwood, MO.
