James passed away in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 79. He was born August 15, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois, son of Frank and Catherine Queenan Cunningham. James was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Korea and worked as a salesman. James lived in Mountain Home, AR since December, 2009, moving from California. He was a member of the American Legion, United States Air Force Gunners Association and American Veterans. He was an avid Cub and Bear fan.
James Cunningham is survived by 2 sons, Christopher (Brenda) Cunningham, of Huntington Beach, CA and James (Danielle) Cunningham Jr. of Oxnard, CA, 1 daughter, Kathleen Batman of Sacramento, CA, 2 brothers, Patrick (Marcia) Cunningham of Oakland, AR and brother, Frank Cunningham of Augusta, GA and 1 grandchild, Katrina Batman.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be made to the American Legion Post #52.
