Funeral services for James Edward Dykhouse of Mountain Home, AR, will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 23, 2010 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Stephen Pyle officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time. James died Monday, January 18, 2010 in Mountain Home at the age of 68. He was born Monday, May 12, 1941 in Sioux City, Iowa, son of Edward Michael and Elfreida Mulder Dykhouse. He married Dorothy Gorman at Las Vegas, NV. He owned and operated BPI Automotive in Bullhead City, AZ, a jack of all trades and very good at all of them. He enjoyed RC airplanes, motorcycles and biking. He belonged to the Teamsters in Denver, CO for many years. James lived in Mountain Home since 1998 moving from Bullhead City, AZ. James Dykhouse is survived by his wife, Dorothy Dykhouse, son, Randall (Jana) Dykhouse of Denver, CO, daughter, Tracey Montoya of Denver, CO, brother, Ron (Judy) Dykhouse of Boise, ID, step-children, Terry (Marilyn) Overby of Kingdom City, MO, Clif (Carol) Overby of Grand Junction, CO, Brenda Overby of Wasilla, AK, Carla (John) Udema of Strasburg, CO, and Mary (Steve) Schultz of Tuscon, AZ, 18 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorials may be made to Hospice House. Arrangements are by Kirby & Family Funeral & Cremation Services.
