James Thomas Hendrix of Yellville, Arkansas, passed away December 1, 2021, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 80. He was born March 16, 1941, in Madison County, Georgia, the son of James and Fannie Smith Hendrix. James was a maintenance manager in the construction industry. He lived in Yellville since moving from Texas , in 2020 . James enjoyed working on small engines and was passionate about building hot rods. He also loved to fish.
James is survived by his wife, Brenda Hendrix and son, Ted Hendrix of Yellville, AR; daughter, Kimberly (Shane) Meyers of Lakeview, TX, a stepdaughter, Julia Green; several grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son, James Todd Hendrix.
Services will be private.
