Graveside Funeral Services for James Steve O'Neal of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be held at the Chapel Hill Cemetery, Littleton, Colorado. A memorial service will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 6, 2017, at the Family of God Church.
Jim passed away May 3, 2017, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 86. He was born March 29, 1931, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, the son of Will and Etha Harrell O'Neal. He married Doris Wasson on June 26, 1954 in Littleton, Colorado. He married Celia Lovell on January 31, 1964, in Aurora, Colorado. James lived in Mountain Home since moving from Louisiana in 2011.
James is survived by his caregiver and ex-wife, Doris Fraleigh of Mountain Home, AR; four daughters, Pam (Ronnie) Claborn of Mountain Home, AR, Peggy (David) Lambert of Louisiana, Cheryl (Tom) Holt of California, and Michelle (Alf) Musketa of Nevada; two brothers, Clarence "Bud" (Shirley) O'Neal of Washington and Roy (Valerie) O'Neal of Mountain Home, AR; 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Celia O'Neal; two sons, Wayne and James Jr. O'Neal; and a brother, William O'Neal.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.
