Jane Staszel

Jane Josephine Staszel was born to William Edward Smith and Rose Martinek on July 10, 1917 at Chicago, Illinois. Mrs. Staszel was a resident of Mountain Home having moved from Topack, Arizona in 1979. Mrs. Staszel was a housewife. She passed away on September 25, 2004 at the Gassville Nursing Center at the age of 87 years, 2 months and 15 days. Survivors: her daughter Roseann Janecek and husband Skip of Mountain Home, a son William C. Deist and wife Inga of Cadiz, Kentucky, 4 grandchildren Susan Leasure, Sharon Gomez, Linda Meekma, Cheryl Hafer 11 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, 1 brother George Smith of Las Vegas, Nevada. Preceded in Death by: Parents, 2 husbands; Lavern Deist and Edward Staszel, one grandson, James Janecek and one brother Robert Smith. Funeral: Memorial Services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Will Minnick officiating. Burial: Promise Land Cemetery Memorials: Gidions or St. Judes Children's Hospital
