A Celebration of Life for Jason Daniel Fundyk of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 1:30 pm, Saturday, January 4, 2014, at the Vada Sheid Community Development Center at Arkansas State University, with John Dennis officiating.
Jason passed away December 28, 2013, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the age of 41. He was born July 14, 1972, in Hammond, Indiana, the son of Daniel and Karen Doneff Fundyk. He married Nataljia Peck on July 12, 2008, at Sapulpa, Oklahoma and worked as a purchasing agent for his family business, Mountain Home Manufacturing. Jason lived in Mountain Home since 1976, moving from Highland, Indiana.
Jason is survived by his wife, Nataljia Fundyk; daughter, Ericka Fundyk and son, Gavin Fundyk all of Mountain Home, AR; parents, Daniel and Karen Fundyk of Mountain Home, AR; two sisters, Lisa (Tony) D'Angelo and their daughter, Gisele D'Angelo, of Mountain Home, AR and sister, Jennifer (Eric) Simmons of Monett, AR; grandparents, Steve and Ann Fundyk; grandmother, Dollie Doneff; two uncles, Ron (Melody) Fundyk of Mountain Home, AR and Ron (Sandra) Doneff of Goodyear, AZ; aunt, Marianne Knight.
Burial will be in the Baxter Memorial Gardens, Mountain Home, AR.
In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions may be made to the North Congregation of Jehovah's Witness, 3063 Hwy 178 West, Lakeview, Arkansas 72642 .
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
