Mr. Jay Lewis, 65, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Sunday May14, 2023, at his home. He was born June 3, 1957 in Mountain Home to John C. and Freddie "Pauline" Lewis.
Jay is survived by his wife, Jerrlyn Lewis of Mountain Home, AR; step-sons, Justin Cross, John Willett, and Andy Willett of Mountain Home, AR; son, Eric Lewis of St. Louis, MO; grandson, Eric Lewis, Jr. of St. Louis, MO; niece, Shonna Rick of Mountain Home, AR; great-nephew, Trace Rick of Mountain Home, AR; and many more family and friends.
Jay is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Paula.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Eagles in Midway, AR at a later date.
