Jeanne passed away February 27, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 93. She was born March 21, 1921, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Alexander Bocek and Barbara Klein. She married Henry Winters and they eloped to Mexico after which she became a Map Proofreader at Gousha Company. She enjoyed gardening, word puzzles, taking care of animals, oil painting, jewelry making, See's chocolates and a glass of wine. She always had a smile for everyone.
Jeanne is survived by her step-son, Roger Winters of Morgan Hill, CA, nieces- Lisa Glass, Donna Retzlaff, Barbara Fitzgerald and Karen Reidl, nephews- Alex Bocek, Val Bocek, David Bocek. She is also survived by close friends, Pete and Judi Langan, and Betty Jo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Barbara Bocek, husband- Henry Winters, brothers- Leonard Bocek, Alex Bocek, Victor Bocek and sister- Lillian Olivia.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
