A Memorial Service for Jeffrey Wayne Johnson of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Remil Layton officiating.
Jeffrey passed away September 18, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 50. He was born August 26, 1963, in Butler, Pennsylvania, the son of Wayne and Sonja Johnson. He married Debbie Johnson on October 11, 1997, and was self employed as a roofer. Jeffrey lived in Mountain Home since 1993 moving from Cabot, Pennsylvania. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Debbie Johnson of Mountain Home, AR; his parents, Wayne and Sonja Johnson of Cabot, PA; brother, Brian (Jennifer) Johnson of PA; son, Wayne Johnson of Butler, PA, two daughters, Christina Johnson of Lead Hill, AR and Destinie Bartholemew of Butler, PA; step-daughter, Christine Melton of Mountain Home, AR; father and mother in-law Harold and Marilyn Jorgensen of Mountain Home, AR; brother in-law, Richard Jorgensen and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his infant son.
