Jerold “Jerry” Barcomb, 74, passed away after a short illness in Yellville, Arkansas, on May 14, 2018. He was born in Watertown, New York, on September 13, 1943 to his parents, Carl and Mary Barcomb. He lived in Rochester for many years. He was a beloved member of the community and enjoyed coaching Midget Football, local politics and served on the Rochester School Board. He was a retired plastics engineer. He retired to Mountain Home, Arkansas, in 2013. He is survived by his wife, Mary (nee St. Amand); children, Kevin (Jamie) of Cleveland, OH, Christopher Barcomb of Live Oak, FL, and Stephanie Barcomb of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; grandchildren, Matthew, Sydney, Hannah, Emily, and Gavin Barcomb; as well as his sisters, Kathy (Jack) Hess of Tennessee and Korliss Parow of Florida. He is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Kaaren Toutant and Kristen Pooler. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Florida. Condolences can be emailed to
