A Celebration of Life for Jerry Wayne Douglas of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 PM Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Friday, April 15, 2011 at the funeral home. Refreshments will be served after the service at the First Baptist Church, 400 Club Blvd, Lower Fireside Room.

Jerry died Saturday, April 9, 2011 at Baxter Regional Medical Center, at the age of 27. He was born July 18, 1983 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Jerry Wayne and Sandee Lynn Kolba Douglas, Sr. He worked as a night manager for Harps. Jerry lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1991 moving from Chicago, Illinois. He was a member of Weasels Motorcycle Club. He was a graduate of Mountain Home High School class of 2001. He enjoyed motorcycling, weightlifting and bodybuilding. He loved and enjoyed his daughter.

Jerry is survived by his daughter, Aspen Douglas; loving partner, Toni McLees of Mountain Home, AR; brother, Brandon Henson of Mountain Home, AR; sister, Amanda Henson of Clark Ridge, AR; maternal grandparents, Corky and Jackie Kolba of Mountain Home, AR; aunt, Sue (Tony) Neven of Bonifield, IL; 3 cousins, Ryan (Marti) Krieger and Ben Baker of Braidwood, IL; Ricky Krieger and Jamie Neven of Bonfield, IL step-father, Steven Henson of Clark Ridge, AR; 2 step-brothers, Matthew (Heidi) and Andrew Henson; 2 step-sisters, Amanda and Katrina Henson; nieces and nephews, Amberlee, Montana and Wyatt.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery with Ryan and Ricky Krieger, Brandon Henson, Buck Neubauer, Danny Farris and Bill Livingston as pallbearers. Bruce Cockrum and Randy Martin will be honorary pallbearers.

A memorial account has been set up at First Security Bank.
