He was born February 26, 1948 at Mountain Home, Arkansas, the son of Jesse and Coy Carson Foster. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He worked as a technician for Claremore Water Department in Oklahoma. He lived in Mountain Home since 2007, moving from Clairmore, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his father and 4 brothers.
He is survived by his two daughters, Angela (Kevin) Smith of Mountain Home, AR and Nancy (Dennis) Thummel of Atchison, KS; one son, John Foster of Atchison, KS; mother, Coy Foster of Norfork, AR; nine grandchildren and 14 brothers and sisters.
Arrangements are by Kirby & Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
