Joann F. Galloway of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away February 15, 2023, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 89. She was born January 12, 1934, in Manila, Arkansas, the daughter of James and Lois Fleeman. She married Robert Galloway on January 24,1954 in Manila, Arkansas. Joann cared for the home and raised 5 children. She lived in Mountain Home since moving from New York in 1984. She was a member of the Mountain Home Baptist Church. Joann was best known for her friendly nature, photography, and crafting.
Joann is survived by her sons, Richard Galloway of East Islip, NY, and Kendall Galloway of Islip Terrace, NY; and grandchildren, Mary, Janie, Terri, Becky, Matt and Jennifer.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sons, Rod and Jeff Galloway; and daughter, Pam Galloway.
Entombment will be at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum.
