Joe Cunningham

A graveside service for Joe W Cunningham, 77, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2012 at the Galatia Cemetery, with Brother Bill Hellums officiating. Joe passed away June 23, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born July 16, 1934, in Baxter County Arkansas, the son of Lloyd and Berthie Luster Cunningham. He married Betty Crabtree on April 13, 1953, at Lake City, Arkansas and worked as a production operator for Baxter Travenol Lab. Joe was a lifetime resident of the Mountain Home, area. He enjoyed working on cars and small engines. Joe is survived by his 2 sons, Doug (Connie) Cunningham of Norfork, AR, and Dennis (Amanda) Cunningham of Greenfield, IA; one daughter, Sandra (Lonnie) Foster of Mountain Home, AR; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 2 sisters, Mary Ellumbaugh of Mountain Home and Dorothy (Bill) Tumberlin of Tucker Hollow, AR. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; two grandsons, Alonzo Foster and Mark Anthony Pendleton and one brother, Coy Cunningham. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
