A Celebration of Life for Joel "Penny" Bass of Flippin, Arkansas, will be from 3:00 until 6:00 pm, Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Penny's Home, 216 MC 7038, Flippin, AR.
Penny died Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at the age of 76. Penny was born July 12, 1934 in St. Cloud, FL, the son of Vernie Tye and Delta Marie Harborson Bass. He married Judith Claire Waltz on July 22, 1956 at St. Cloud, FL. Penny lived in Flippin, Arkansas since 1977, moving from Loxahatchee, FL.
Penny is survived by 2 daughters; Teresa (Bobby) Rhoden of Flippin, and Tonya Byrd of Mountain Home, 4 grandson, and 3 great-grandchildren, and a special friend Eunice Goding.
Memorials may be made to the Bass family.
