John Auger

John D. Auger was born December 28, 1921 in Louisiana. He was the son of Arthur and Bertha Holloway Auger. He married Wilma Stephens on September 23, 1987 in Yellville, Arkansas. John Auger served with the United States Navy and Marines during World War II. He was employed as a military labor mediator. John D. Auger passed away in Brighton, Colorado on October 21, 2005, at the age of 83 years, 9 months and 24 days. Survivors: Wife of eighteen years, Wilma Auger; Barbara Bostwick of Thornton, Colorado; one son, Jim Auger of Greenville, Mississippi; four grandchildren, Jennifer Auger, John Adam Auger, Tammy Jenkins and Kristi Eastman; several great-grandchildren; and one sister, Marie Branch of Bushnell, Florida Funeral: Private
